This course is designed to help probate and estate planning practitioners be aware of issues that can arise when their documents are contested or litigated, and to help them plan ahead for those contingencies and better help their clients in the long term. One goal is to equip participants with tools to use and employ in their estate planning practice to proactively address potential probate litigation. The course is also designed to help protect probate and estate planning practitioners from potential professional liability claims against them.
