Kimberly Fitzpatrick
Judge Kimberly Fitzpatrick, elected to the 342nd District Court in November 2018, has significantly reduced pending cases and increased trial numbers through her work and use of technology. Formerly the mayor of Dalworthington Gardens and managing attorney at Harris Cook, LLP, she is now the President of the Arlington Bar Association and teaches at the University of Texas at Arlington.

Attorney Marc Stach is an attorney with over twenty years of legal experience representing businesses and individuals throughout North Texas. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Business Litigation, Business Transactions, Probate, and Estate Planning.

Wesly Maness
Attorney Wesly C. Maness, now Of Counsel at Harris Cook, leads the firm's Construction Practice, representing a range of professionals in the construction industry. With extensive experience in state and federal courts across Texas, he also handles business litigation and torts. Active in the legal community, he serves on the boards of the Arlington Bar Association and Arlington Museum of Art.

Daniel E. Blumberg
Daniel E. Blumberg is board certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a Fellow of the College of the State Bar of Texas. He has been licensed to practice law in Texas since November 2, 1984 and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and all civil courts in the State of Texas. He specializes in business litigation and in the preparation of commercial documents. He has lived in North Texas since 1961.

Kim Jones Penepacker practices personal injury law in Arlington, Texas, at Aulsbrook Law Firm. A graduate of Baylor Law School and Baylor University, she now resides in Arlington with her husband, son, and two dogs.

Carl enjoys tending to the Bar, since beginning his legal career in Galveston to his 1996 move to Arlington. Former ABA President Roger Hurlbut introduced Carl to the ABA, and former Judges Jeff Walker and Fred Davis inspired and encouraged his service to the ABA and to his Arlington-area colleagues.
