Texas Business Court Judges Jerry Bullard and Brian Stagner will provide an overview of the Business Court, which is statewide, specialized court created by the Legislature in 2023 to resolve certain complex business disputes. The overview will include a discussion of the court’s jurisdiction, its procedures, and an update on its docket activity and opinions issued.
